Learn the beautiful art of aerial hoop and discover a new way to defy gravity. With the aim of making it accessible for everyone, lessons will be tailored to suit your needs. Your instructor will guide you every step of the way helping you build strength, flexibility, and grace.

Archery

Experience the ancient art of archery and
tap into your inner Robin Hood.

Our skilled instructors will teach you the techniques required and provide a safe environment for you to learn and improve your archery skills.

Circus Skills

Unleash your inner circus performer and learn a variety of skills including juggling, plate spinning, flower sticks, hula hoop, poi and more. Our instructor will teach you the secrets of the circus, helping you develop coordination, balance, and confidence.

I started this business because I decided it would be more fun to hang upside down and run around like a child than to sit at a desk all day - and I was right!

My dream is to make a positive difference to peoples day; whether that means helping someone build confidence in their own body through Aerial Hoop, improve their focus and concentration with Archery, or just bring lots of silliness and laughter into the day!

I’m in charge of building up and packing down the aerial hoop A-frame, which basically means I get to play with giant metal adult Lego all day.

When I’m not wrestling with the rig, I’m teaching archery: helping people channel their inner Robin Hood, find their focus, and occasionally remember which end of the bow points forward.

And on top of that, I somehow became a circus workshop supervisor which is a fancy way of saying I help people juggle, spin plates, and generally avoid bonking themselves in the face with props.

Whether it’s keeping the kit standing, keeping the chaos organised, or helping someone nail a new skill, I like bringing a mix of calm competence, sharp aim, and controlled circus mayhem to the day.

My role is to talk to people, look after the well-being of both the team and our members, building a community that elevates everyone. I joined the team to empower people to look after their own well-being.

By joining in with people who are open minded and inclusive with attitudes that inspire all areas of life, the team encourages every member to be the best they can be. I enjoy the laughter and fun that comes with the classes and events that are held by Deleata Z.

I joined Deleata Z to empower people -helping them believe they can achieve anything they set their minds to and build confidence along the way.

During our classes and workshops, I get to capture the fun, the laughter, and those incredible moments of progress that often go unseen. Showing people how far they’ve come is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Supporting others on their journey and witnessing their achievements firsthand is truly inspiring and it’s an honour to be part of their growth.

I work behind the scenes helping with the admin side of things such as scheduling training, minuting our Board meetings, tracking actions and making introductions with other CICs for networking. All so that the team can focus on bringing fun and joy to people’s days!

As I have had my own struggles with mental and physical health, I’m so proud of the positive impact Deleata Z has, as it’s so important to take life at your own pace, be proud of your small steps forward, and enjoy yourself! This is exactly what Deleata Z encourages you to do.
